They play out every possible variable in their head first, then put forward the most logical strategy. They usually say little, but the moment they speak, the most accurate path for the party opens up.

  They finish dozens of steps in their head and just toss out the conclusion, and get called unfriendly
• Interest fades once it’s designed
  It’s already finished in their head, so carrying it out and persuading people feels like a chore
