Gatekeeper Knight

A promise, once made, is kept to the end. When trouble comes, they are at the gate before anyone has finished talking, calmly setting things right according to the plan they made in advance. They may seem stern, but anyone they count as their own, they will stand by to the end.

Role in the party: The unbreakable shield and the party’s anchor

• Airtight responsibility
They deliver reliable results on time and to standard
• Calm in a crisis
While everyone scrambles, they start on what needs doing
• Steady trust
Their attitude doesn’t shift with their mood, so they’re easy to lean on

• Freezes at surprises
Tell them the schedule just changed and they go silent for a long while before replying
• Carries it all alone
They think “I’ll just do it myself” and never share the load, until one day they quietly burn out
